Privacy notice · Effective October 5, 2026
How WardoWorks handles the information you send us.
This notice describes the information WardoWorks receives through this website, why it is used, and the services involved in delivering it.
Information you choose to provide
The inquiry form on the Start a conversation page asks for your name, organization, email address, optional current website, the kind of help you are interested in, and a description of what you want to improve.
How WardoWorks uses it
WardoWorks uses inquiry information to understand and respond to your request. WardoWorks does not sell information submitted through this website.
Form delivery and protection
Cloudflare Turnstile helps protect the form from automated abuse and receives your IP address for that check. After verification, Resend delivers the submission to a private WardoWorks inbox. The website does not save form submissions in its application database.
These service providers may process limited technical and submission information as needed to provide their services under their own terms and privacy practices.
Retention and security
Submitted information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary to respond, maintain appropriate business records, or meet legal and security obligations. WardoWorks uses reasonable safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Website traffic and performance
WardoWorks may use Cloudflare’s privacy-focused Web Analytics to understand aggregate page traffic and website performance. Cloudflare states that this analytics service does not use cookies or browser storage to measure visitors and does not track individuals across customer websites.
Your choices
You may ask WardoWorks to review, correct, or delete information you submitted, subject to any recordkeeping or legal obligations. Use the inquiry form and say that your message concerns privacy.
Changes to this notice
WardoWorks may update this notice when the website, forms, or service providers change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
